Crayfish Rolls with Sundried Tomato & Balsamic Chutney


  • 4 brioche finger rolls
  • 140g cooked & peeled crayfish tails
  • 2 tbsp. Mrs Bridges Sundried Tomato & Balsamic Chutney
  • 6 tbsp. Mrs Bridges Classic Mayonnaise
  • 1 little gem lettace, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • a few dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • lemon wedge to garnish


In a small bowl, combine the crayfish tails, Mrs Bridges Sundried Tomato & Balsamic Chutney, Mrs Bridges Classic Mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco, and lemon juice. Stir gently until all the crayfish tails are covered. Season with Tabasco sauce to taste.

Cut the rolls lengthways and divide the mixture between each.

Finish with the lettace

Serve with a dressed leafy salad and lemon wedges to garnish.
