Blackcurrant Preserve with Sloe Gin
This preserve has a deep purple-red colour with added sloe gin notes and good aromas of blackcurrants, both providing a rich flavour which lasts long after tasting.
Sugar, Blackcurrants, Sloe Gin (3%), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
Prepared with 35g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
