The Contract Between Us
Your orders are an offer to purchase goods from us, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order (‘Order Confirmation Email’); this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is. The contract is completed when the goods are delivered.
It is the policy of Mrs Bridges to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund unless the items are faulty.
Items Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is received with damaged product inside, please take a photograph of the delivery label that clearly displays the wording and numbers.
Submit the images alongside the order Number, postcode, address, and information of what is damaged, the quantity as supported by images.
If we have sent an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible or within 14 days specifying the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item/s you ordered, notify us.
