Mrs Bridges Breakfast Tea Gin Cup


  • 150ml Mrs Bridges Special Blend Breakfast Tea
  • 70ml London Dry style gin
  • 50ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • lemon twist to garnish
  • ice cubes


Brew a small pot of tea and then cool down the liquid by adding a handful of ice cubes. Add the tea, gin, lemon juice and agave syrup to a large ice-filled cocktail shaker. If you have a small shaker, divide the above into two. Strain into ice-filled china tea cups or coupe glasses before garnishing with a lemon twist.
