Another classic from Mrs Bridges' kitchen. Rhubarb and ginger - a match made in heaven.
Ingredients: Sugar, Rhubarb (43%), Ginger (2%), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
Nutritional Information (typical values per 100g): Energy: 1157kJ/272kcal, Carbohydrate: 67.5g (of which sugars) 66.9g. Contains negligible amounts of fat, protein and salt.
