Freshly grated horseradish root is used to give a classic accompaniment for roast beef - but have you tried it with smoked fish?

Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Horseradish (30%), White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Water, Pasteurised EGG YOLK, Salt, MUSTARD Flour, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.
