Delivery Information
Please note we can only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom mainland.
When we have received your order we will send you an email to confirm the details of the order.
All orders require a signature on delivery, delivery will usually occur between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m. local UK time, Monday to Friday.
Your delivery will reach you within 5 days.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it, and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Offices Address finding service.
We take care to ensure that your gift is dispatched in perfect condition. If when it has been received you are unhappy with its condition you can:
Reject the delivery, tell the courier, and tell him to return them to us and we will refund your money.
